Ingredients - - 2.5cm piece root ginger - 50g baby spinach leaves - ½ cucumber, chopped - 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped - ½ lemon How to make - - Put all the ingredients except the lemon into a blender along with 250ml water. - Whizz together until really smooth, scraping down the sides a couple of times. - Stir through the lemon juice to taste and pour into glasses to serve.

Ingredients - - 270g fresh pineapple flesh (about ½ a fresh pineapple), chilled - 1 large ripe banana, chopped - 1 tsp ground turmeric - 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated - 150ml milk How to make - - Blitz all the ingredients in a high-powered blender for 1-2 mins until smooth and creamy. - Divide between 2 highball glasses to serve.

Ingredients - - 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks - 1 lime, juiced, plus 2 lime slices to decorate (optional) - 2cm piece ginger, peeled and roughly chopped - 100g low-fat Greek-style yogurt - 5 fresh mint leaves, plus extra sprigs to decorate (optional) How to make - - Al l the ingredients in a blender until smooth. - Divide between 2 glasses and decorate with a lime slice and the fresh mint sprigs, if using.
