Ingredients -
- - 270g fresh pineapple flesh (about ½ a fresh pineapple), chilled
- - 1 large ripe banana, chopped
- - 1 tsp ground turmeric
- - 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- - 150ml milk
- How to make -
- - Blitz all the ingredients in a high-powered blender for 1-2 mins until smooth and creamy.
- - Divide between 2 highball glasses to serve.
