Ingredients -

  • - 270g fresh pineapple flesh (about ½ a fresh pineapple), chilled
  • - 1 large ripe banana, chopped
  • - 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • - 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • - 150ml milk
  • How to make -
  • - Blitz all the ingredients in a high-powered blender for 1-2 mins until smooth and creamy.
  • - Divide between 2 highball glasses to serve.
