- Brighten up your morning with a tropical smoothie.
Ingredients -
- - 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks
- - 1 lime, juiced, plus 2 lime slices to decorate (optional)
- - 2cm piece ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- - 100g low-fat Greek-style yogurt
- - 5 fresh mint leaves, plus extra sprigs to decorate (optional)
- How to make -
- - All the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- - Divide between 2 glasses and decorate with a lime slice and the fresh mint sprigs, if using.
