- Brighten up your morning with a tropical smoothie.

Ingredients -

  • - 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks
  • - 1 lime, juiced, plus 2 lime slices to decorate (optional)
  • - 2cm piece ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
  • - 100g low-fat Greek-style yogurt
  • - 5 fresh mint leaves, plus extra sprigs to decorate (optional)
  • How to make -
  • - All the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • - Divide between 2 glasses and decorate with a lime slice and the fresh mint sprigs, if using.
