Ingredients -

  • - 2 Perfectly Imperfect carrots.
  • - ½ very ripe banana.
  • - 1 peeled and chopped orange .(plus any juice)
  • - 20g piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped.
  • - ½ tbsp ground cinnamon.
  • - ½ tbsp 0% fat natural yogurt.

How to make -

  • - Put 2 carrots in a microwave-proof bowl with 2 tsp water; microwave on high for 4-5 mins until tender.
  • - Leave to cool, then put in a high-speed blender with 200ml water, the banana, orange (plus any juice), fresh ginger, ground cinnamon and tbsp natural yogurt.
  • - Blitz until smooth, adding more water if it’s too thick.
  • - Serve in a tall glass, dusted with a little cinnamon, with a few ice cubes, if you want.
